@@nicoletacerveza73 sure and thank you for asking. As you mentioned solar setups are getting relatively inexpensive these days and are efficient. I went this way for a couple of reasons. First and you nailed it, the low real estate up on the roof. Second, this does have the option to charge via solar panel that are portable or secured to a roof rack/platform. Third I loved the option that it charges while you drive and fourth the overall space it requires. Fifth, I like the option of being able to remove my Yeti Goal Zero at anytime if I need power at a campsite, bbq etc. I hope some of these reason help with your decision making. ⚡️🚐⚡️

Crazy these “hoodoo’s” are over 50 million years old! The Paiute Indians states that the hoodoos are ancient legend people turned into stone by coyote as a punishment for bad deeds. In reality these “hoodoo’s” and their formation is a result of a variety of geological processes.

225/75/16 I have a two inch lift and still had to cut away metal from the front driver and passenger wheel wells. Maybe the 3 inch lift from Journeys Off-road sells might be something you’re looking for if you go with these tires. I love them.

You’ll love Grinnell Glacier and all the amazing views, cliffs and lakes but be Bear Aware and at least have your bear spray. You’ll be there at a quiet time and the Grizzlies will be around more. If you’re at the park for a few days I’d suggest warming up on Hidden Lake trail and enjoying Going To The Sun Road too. I made some videos on those if you want to try and get an idea. And gnarly about the sheets of ice at Zion! Thanks for subscribing!

Yes it was the last day for the park to be open and was very quiet as you saw. I was fortunate for that. The Apgar campground was the only campground open on the westside of the park so that’s where I stayed for three nights. Thanks for the positive feedback! Much appreciated!
